The kit contains 4x bacon cures - orginal, traditional, hickory smoked & sweet molasses that are premixed to precise standards so you can safely make your own bacon at home.
Each pack of cure will make 1.5kg of bacon, 6kg in total! 4x curing bags, preparation gloves, muslin bag, butcher hook and easy to follow instructions.

The venison we use for our charcuterie has grazed on a varied and natural diet and is specifically sourced from across the Dorset countryside, making it some of leanest, and in our opinion, tastiest meat about.
