I am generally wary of reviews but I was desperate and these seemed genuine. Over the past month I have had severe hearing loss to the point where I couldn't use the phone and had to try and lip read when communicating. It was quite frightening to feel so disconnected. I went for a hearing test but they couldn't do it as my ears were blocked. On their advice I started using olive oil to soften the wax but it didn't make any difference to my hearing in fact it got even worse. I couldn't get an appointment for a week and it was going to cost £70 to have my ears washed out as the NHS don't do it anymore. It wasn't so much the money but I was desperate to get it sorted so I ordered this kit. Within 5minutes of using it my hearing came back clearly in fact everything seemed really loud. It's a simple and effective kit to use and washed out loads of wax from both ears. My partner helped me and I think it probably wouldn't be so easy doing it by yourself. It is an AMAZING KIT which I Highly Recommend! it has made such a difference as I was becoming quite distressed and feeling increasingly isolated I should just add that after both ears had been washed out I experienced a wave of dizziness probably because of the balance in my ear. You just need to sit quietly for 5 minutes afterwards which will help you adjust to the shock of suddenly getting your hearing back. Best buy ever!

Read the reviews with a bit of doubt whether it would be able to do the job. No doubts now. It really works! Easy to assemble. I mixed with hydrogen peroxide 3% to prevent possible infection. My wife became a nurse for 10 mins and the difference was amazing with the spray. Wont describe what came out but I'm glad it's out. Definitely a 2 person job but you can use it in the comfort of your home negating the need to visit a clinic and pay a lot more. Extra tips in the box for future or family and friends. Great piece of kit at a very fair price.

Didn't want to splash out on an electric but this is great. The squirty bottle means you can get a good pressure jet for stubborn ear wax. Only negative is that it the squirt means that it doesn't give the continous flow of an electric device which you need to be mindful of. Hard wax this could be perfect as get good pressure but soft wax/high volume this wouldn't be ideal

After wearing earplugs at night due to husband snoring, I woke up with the most compacted earwax. I was on holiday at the time, bought some otex ear drops, tried flushing with warm water in the shower, but nothing would work and I spent most of the holiday shouting ‘pardon?’. Ordered this to my house for when I got back and I used it as soon as I got home. Filled bottle with very warm water and within 10 minutes of using this product, huge chunks of wax came out and I could finally hear again! Brilliant device. For those reviews that moan about not being able to hold the catching tray and pump at the same time, just use it over the sink like I did! It’s painless, easy to use and honestly got rid of really bad compacted wax. Just a tip though, I had to keep pumping for some time after the first bits of wax dispersed til the main culprit got flushed out, but keep at it! Saved me a trip to the doctors or an expensive trip to get it done professionally, when all they do is basically the exact same thing!

Would help if you have three hands if you live alone . Needs two people really .

Highly recommend this spray bottle. I used a few drops of otex (hydrogen peroxide drops) in the spray bottle with warm water. My son had some wax that was too far down close to his ear drum so I purchased this and wow after 5 sprays the wax began flowing out. He now can hear!!!!!

My son always had ear wax issues since a child. Had to be suctioned every year in hospital. As an adult, his ear gets blocked up within 6 months, without a fail. They develop dark wax plugs and affect his hearing too. I thought to give this unit a go, cheap and cheerful, with a sound working logic, instead of paying to have the ears suctioned at around £20 / ear. First night I did his ears with a 4:1 water: hydrogen peroxide warm mix. Already the water dribbling out was yellow…. It didn’t hurt, it just made a crackly noise in his ear. Repeated next morning, small bits came out. In the evening session, a HUGE plug came out from both ears - both the eardrums are now visible, spotless! A million percent recommend this product! I will not attach a photo of what came out 🤢

Absolutely amazing. My husband was deaf in one ear due to a build up of wax. Looking back now, this had gradually happened over a long period of time. After using this for about 5 minutes, loads of gunk came out and he can now hear better than he has done in years. Also, this was only with water as I didn’t have any hydrogen peroxide (which I have now ordered). Brilliant piece of kit.
