I love the extra cushion in the center. My daughter did pick some of the foam out but I cant feel the difference, so I'd say its a durable product. It is quite firm but I can definitely notice when I haven't used this! Its the firmness causes a good hurt. I'm sure it would feel great for someone whe wasn't sensitive to deep pressure. But I'm not complaining because it is a functional product that give me relief. I use it on my bed and it works fine.

Maybe my neck is longer than it should be? I have to sort of slide farther down on the neck stretcher to make it where my head doesn't touch the floor, which is probably negating the effect of the device. I'll try putting a book under it to see if that works. It is helping, regardless of being a bit too small. When I crochet, my right arm and hand go numb, but after using this for a few days, it has improved.

Definitely works !!!!

Each time I used it, my next and shoulder muscles got looser and looser, the area right between my shoulders too. I would intermittently get headaches because of neck tension that was always present from years of no adjustment and I guess just wacking everything out of alignment. By the 4th session I was like “Wow, full range of motion and smooth as ever.” You will get sore in certain areas at the start because tender knots are being loosened and then healing, but it wasnt enough to cause a headache for me, just slight and dull in areas of the neck. Don’t forget to use both sides for 3.5-5 minutes each, totally about 7-10 minutes per session. You also need to bend your knees and set them down as you lay back, don’t so this completely flat. The people complaining were probably doing it wrong, or maybe it just doesn’t work for their issue. Because some of us might be really tight and stiff at the beginning if using this…it is definitely going to feel uncomfortable the first time you use it. It doesn’t feel soft depending on how tight your muscles are…you’ll know it’s working when it feels softer each time. Feels good to have smoother feeling motion and no tension leading to a headache.

This is the best thing I have ever bought from Amazon and I buy A LOT! Haha I’ve never written a review before but this product deserves it. It feels so good like my muscles are stretching and releasing tension while my spinal cord is realigning. The first time I used it, I literally felt some spine bones popping into place. It also kind of relieves my lower back pain to an extent. It is small so it’s very portable. You can easily take it on a trip or throw it in your big bag if you know you’re going to have a place to lay for a few while out. 10/10, 5/5 stars! My neck and head feel so light. It also helped with my air flow while breathing. Opened up my esophagus! Very happy I bought the one with the slight neck pillow, it’s so comfy.

My chiropractor suggested I get this. I thought “what kind of a difference can it make?” Turns out, a big one. Anytime I have neck pain leading to headaches, this will relieve the pain and help neck movement mobility. Doesn’t take it all away, but improves things for sure. Already have three friends that bought them after using mine. Highly recommended.
