Can you set the fan timer for your baby?

Of course, you can set a timer within 4 hours.

Will the object vibrate if the fan is on something?

It has arms to wrap around something to hold it in place. I have used it on my stroller and the headrest of the seat in my car and both times you dont hear any vibration. The only thing you hear is the fan blowing but its very subtle even on the fastest setting.

It been on the charger all day still won’t turn on

Is the little blue light turning on when you charge? We had to disconnect and reconnect a couple of times while turning to charge it.
