Cushe Mens Chukka Leather Slippers

Lightweight slip-on shoes (not sure I would call them slippers) in a chukka boot style. Trademark Cushe rounded, pebble patterned sole that is very natural to walk on, and the grey leather is robustly stitched, with a suede loop at the back of the heel to aid pulling the shoe on. The back of the heel is elastic at the top, which is a must for getting the shoe on and off and means there is no rubbing in use. Elasticated laces can be tightened or loosened to customise the fit and I find I can wear thicker socks quite easily. Very comfortable, just the thing for casual wear during spring through to autumn - definitely not wet weather or winter wear though as they aren't waterproof to any degree.Delighted with these and would thoroughly recommend them.

I like these shoes a lot, BUT the photograph in the description does not match the product. I was expecting a low-cut boot not a slipper, this is why I'm giving the item 2 stars. I should be giving the item description 2 stars, but the product 5 stars as they are actually really nice but not what I thought I was ordering.

Very comfy but very lightweight (so not warm) and slightly too big. So, I can wear thick socks in the winter but in summer, they'll simply be too big. Shame - nearly very good.

Superbly comfortable shoes. Well made and lightweight. Quality materials used throughout. Suitable for a wide fitting. Recommend.

Reasonably comfortable and the fit is acceptable although wide at the toe. The size I bought was 9, yet the size on the slippers is 9 - 10.5. Which kind of accounts for the discrepancy.The uppers are paper-thin and offer no warmth in winter, somewhat of a failure for slippers. You definitely need to wear them with thick socks.For £55 I expected considerably more. They're made in China and I can't imagine them costing more than a fiver to produce and ship. What's more, in traditional Amazon fashion, I see the price has decreased from £55 to £33 the day after my order arrived. So that's another slap in the face.My advice? If the price is under £15 then they're probably worth a punt. £55? Don't make me laugh.
