Great Product.
I use Beldi preserved lemons in many dishes, and have done for many years. They make a very tasty addition to many dishes, particularly lamb and salads. Always delivered on time and in great condition.

Zingy but expensive
Never had them before and wanted to try them for a new recipe. Delicious. However, be aware, they are expensive. Subsequently found them in a local Asian Supermarket at a fraction of the cost. Would I buy them from Amazon again? No, but I'm glad Amazon had them for me to discover them.

Loved the product, great flavour.

Far too astringent
These views are my own and although the product is prize winning it clearly is very popular it is not too my taste. I find the lemons too strong and the smell simply turns my stomach. So i threw my purchase away unused. I do however enjoy the al fez product which I ordered in its place. It has a softer and more lemon sweet instead of lemon astringent/bitter smell which for me beside not turning my stomach works for my intended purpose being tagine. Great tasting and firm flesh. simply put the best i have had.

Best lemon flavour you can add while cooking
I learned about this from my Moroccan family, it's easy to make yourself but takes some time so I purchased the jar version until it's ready. It's a great addition to many dishes, much better than using just zest or juice.
