How to insert sd card,it keeps pushing back out. how do i put it in correctly?

Why the camera only record my voice, no video at all ?, i have a google chrome pc and i use the sd card not the usb.

We suggest use memory card reader to transfer the video to your computer. if you can not replay the video, or only voice no video, or only video but the voice is delay.This is because your media player is not compatibleto the video,please try another media player.
