I was in physical therapy (for something completely unrelated) and saw this contraption on a table so asked my PT what the heck it was. He got a funny look on his face and said “only the best deep tissue and pressure point tool!” Then he walked over, grabbed it, and showed me one shoulder blade spot, then another sciatica spot. I tried it - and it was INCREDIBLY easy to use and INCREDIBLY effective. I left PT and sat in my car and bought this immediately. It took me a bit to receive it, but when I did, it came with a booklet with even more EASY to follow pressure-based points for arms, shoulders, back, glutes, legs. And the booklet is full of color diagrams/pictures that show you exactly how to position the knobs, and where and how to apply pressure. I am telling you - this is a game changer!

Who would think that such a crazy shaped object could bring such good relief. This was recommended by the PT people and a great investment. It is being used to massage an angry, unhappy back muscle and it works! This is much easier to manipulate than a tennis ball and brings relief. I wish I had known about it sooner.

This is my 2nd Therea Cane, the first one was left at my son's house several states away. He liked it so I ordered this one You can buy cheaper canes with more knobs on them but I like this one because it has fewer and they are in the right place to efficiently message muscles, joints, and apply pressure to knotted muscles. I like to squeeze a small blob of my favorite muscle rub on the ball and work that in to the exact spot you otherwise wouldn't be able to reach. And this is made in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! I love to buy American especially when it's a better design and better product.

I used the Thera Cane at physical therapy and realized that I needed one at home. It’s extremely durable, made in the USA, easy to use, provides excellent muscle and pain relief. I will use for many years to help with my pain management.

This works so good for the back & neck for messaging it. Have had shoulder problems for a while. PT recommended this & could feel the difference after a couple of uses. Use it every day for the shoulder message. Sturdy build.

Sturdy, well made and reaches all the spots. Now i can hit a sore muscle in just the right spot and get near instant relief. Have mostly tried it on my upper back and shoulders so I cant speech to all the other applications but im guessing it does a great job on low back too. Definitely worth the price and would highly recommend before a lot of other "massagers" that just cant reach some areas.
